Victorian Perforated Paper Embroidery - Circa 1890

A late Victorian paper embroidery. Mounted in a gesso and gilt Oxford frame. The embroidery also incapsulates a contemporary photograph of a gentelmen, and very possibly the subject alluded to in the text. Some minor staining, but still vibrant. A really interesting item for interior decoration.
