Thank you for your enquiry - We will get back to you as soon as possible.

Making a Purchase

If you’d like to know more about an item or are ready to make a purchase, simply fill in our Sales Enquiry form and include the item’s title or stock number. You’re also very welcome to send us a direct message on Facebook or Instagram, letting us know the title or stock number of the piece you’re interested in.

Payment and Delivery/Collection

We accept payment by cash, all major credit and debit cards, or via PayPal.

We can arrange delivery of smaller items across the UK. If you would like a delivery quote, please complete our Sales Enquiry form before confirming your purchase. Items may also be collected in person from the Hayloft in Staddiscombe, and we offer free doorstep delivery for small pieces within the Plymouth area.

Returns

All sales are final, and we only accept returns in rare cases. Because our items are antique or vintage, they might show some signs of age like scratches, dents, blemishes, foxing, or cracks. We do our best to be honest and clear in our descriptions, and we provide high-resolution photos from several angles. If you’d like, we’re happy to send extra pictures or invite you to view the item in person at our lovely showroom in Staddiscombe before you decide.

Sell us an Item

We’re always on the lookout for new decorative salvage. We’re especially interested in nineteenth and early twentieth-century period furniture and artwork, industrial salvage, vintage lighting, and decorative reclamation. Unfortunately, we don’t buy old baths, cookers, hair dryers, pianos, safes, typewriters, sewing machines, mangles, fans, vacuum cleaners, old crockery, or furniture painted in the more recent ‘Shabby Chic’ style.
