Cornish Serpentine Lighthouse Table Lamp

A very desirable table lamp in the form of a lighthouse. Dated to the 1930s this lamp is carved from rare Cornish serpentine. The green rock was very popular in the mid to late nineteenth century. The vibrant stone has shades of green, brown and red and looks wonderful under light. The mining of serpentine in Cornwall is now extremely limited. PAT compliant - this beautiful lamp has been professionally rewired with 3 meters of mahogany brown two core braided flex. A small 35w LED pygmy bulb has been added to replace the original. A great opportunity to own a wonderfully nautical item. Great for your Cornish bolthole.
